Job summary

Nations Roof is seeking a Commercial Roofing Project Manager to oversee multiple projects from estimating handoff through project closeout. This on-site role requires strong leadership, organization, and accountability, with opportunities to assume full ownership of projects as experience grows.

Based in Halethorpe, MD, the position reports to the project management team and involves scheduling, cost tracking, vendor coordination, safety compliance, and building lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a dedicated Project Manager role.
• Experience in commercial construction and project lifecycle.
• Ability to read basic blueprints and understand specifications.
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage project schedules, phasing plans, and purchase orders.
• Track and control job costs through ECAC and WIP reviews.
• Coordinate manpower, subcontractors, and materials for projects.
• Perform plan and specification takeoffs for new construction and reroofing.
• Maintain communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams regarding scheduling and progress.
• Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and inventory management on projects.
• Participate in pre-job and pre-construction meetings and complete closeout documentation.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support repeat business.
