Job summary

Omnia360 Facility Solutions is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Site Lead in Reading, Ohio. This role oversees day-to-day maintenance tasks, coordinates work orders, and manages staff and subcontractors to meet client needs and KPIs.

The ideal candidate has multi-trade experience (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) and a strong background in CMMS, MS Office, and vendor management. A bachelor’s in business/construction or 5+ years of related experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or construction-related field or 5+ years of related experience.
• Multi-trade experience with HVAC, electrical, and/or plumbing preferred.
• Experience with CMMS and Microsoft Office; managing teams/subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate day-to-day facilities maintenance activities.
• Serve as point of contact for the timing, completion, and quality of work orders.
• Manage personnel and subcontractors; interview and onboard new hires.
• Ensure KPI scores and compliance with processes.
