Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred).
• 5+ years’ proven PM experience in commercial construction.
• Demonstrated ownership of the full construction lifecycle.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with field and office teams.
• Exceptional organizational habits and comfort navigating multiple moving parts.
• High attention to details and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• A passion for building – and building the right way.
• A commitment to safety, integrity, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Plan, schedule, and prioritize responsibilities to meet deadlines.
• Coordinate between Martin, field leadership, foremen, and self-perform crews.
• Lead risk assessment and implement solutions at project and company level.
• Oversee estimating, bid packages, subcontractor buyout, and contract negotiations.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and cost controls.
• Oversee RFI, change orders, and pay applications.
• Coordinate closely with owners, subcontractors, superintendents, and internal teams.
• Develop short-interval plans and look-ahead schedules to maintain momentum.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, and procurement to ensure readiness.
• Identify and remove obstacles to crew success.
• Champion safety and uphold company safety standards.
