Job summary

Martin Commercial LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead ground-up commercial construction projects nationwide from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, budget discipline, and top-quality results.

Candidates should have 5+ years of project management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project; a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing ground-up commercial construction projects.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Experience with project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project).

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of ground-up commercial construction projects.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Oversee subcontractor procurement, contract administration, and performance.
• Coordinate communication between clients, architects, engineers, field teams, and subcontractors.
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify and resolve risks.
• Track costs, manage change orders, and maintain budget control.
• Provide regular updates and reporting to leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and quality expectations.
• Foster a collaborative, solutions-oriented team environment focused on accountability and results.

Position Overview

The Project Manageris responsible forthe overall planning, coordination, and execution of ground-up commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This individual ensures projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of ground-up commercial construction projects
