Job summary

Martin Commercial LLC is actively seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead ground-up commercial construction projects nationwide. The role focuses on planning, coordinating, and delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget, with emphasis on quality and client satisfaction.

You will oversee schedules, budgets, contracts, and subcontractors while collaborating with clients, architects, and engineers to drive successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing ground-up commercial construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and cost control.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of ground-up commercial construction projects.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Oversee subcontractor procurement, contract administration, and performance.
• Coordinate communication between clients, architects, engineers, field teams, and subcontractors.
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify and resolve risks.

Position Overview

The Project Manager is responsible for the overall planning, coordination, and execution of ground-up commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This individual ensures projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of ground-up commercial construction projects
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Oversee subcontractor procurement, contract administration, and performance
• Coordinate communication between clients, architects, engineers, field teams, and subcontractors
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify and resolve risks
• Track costs, manage change orders, and maintain budget control

• Foster a collaborative, solutions-oriented team environment focused on accountability and results
