Job summary

Newrez LLC in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Document Administration – Collateral Specialist II for an on-site role. You will receive, catalog, and ship collateral and servicing documents to third-party custodians and vendors, while coordinating with investors and Portfolio Managers to meet SLAs.

You will maintain inventory of physical collateral and images, update MERS and other systems, and support Loss Mitigation, Bankruptcy, and Foreclosure workflows.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of mortgage servicing: Post Closing, Loss Mitigation, Bankruptcy, Foreclosure.
• Familiarity with servicing systems, image repositories, MERS, and vendor systems.
• Ability to handle confidential material professionally.

Responsibilities

• Receive, catalog, and ship collateral and servicing documents to 3rd party custodians and vendors.
• Communicate with investors, Portfolio Managers, and vendors to meet SLAs.
• Update MERS and inventory in real-time for collateral and documents.
• Prepare and review reports for management, investors, and vendors.
• Assist with Loss Mitigation, Bankruptcy, and Foreclosure workflows.
• Perform monthly inventory audits with custodians and file centers.
