Job summary

Agility360 is seeking a Loan Collateral Analyst to support our large banking client in Phoenix, AZ. You will review loan documents, manage files, enter data, and ensure accuracy while following department policies.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, 1–3 years in financial services or administrative roles, strong written and spoken communication, and solid organizational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook is preferred. This is an on-site role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 1–3 years of experience in financial services or administrative role.
• Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines in bank policies.

Responsibilities

• Receives inbound collateral shipments and updates trackers.
• Document management: download, label, organize and store files.
• Reviews loan documents (Promissory Notes, Security Instruments, etc.) and escalates exceptions.
• Enters collateral information into database with accuracy.
• Responds to emails/phone calls within SLAs with professional communication.
• Pulls and ships loan files and completes peer callback steps.
• Other duties as assigned.
