Job summary

Incredible Flavors is seeking a full-time Coffee Equipment Installation Technician to join our on-site service team. You will install, maintain and repair a range of coffee equipment at client locations, train customers on operation, and ensure all work meets safety and industry standards.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate mechanical and electrical proficiency, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a coffee/equipment technician or related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems involved in coffee equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a high‑pressure environment.
• Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in varying conditions.
• Effective communication skills to adequately train and guide customers on equipment use.

Responsibilities

• Install coffee and espresso machines at client locations.
• Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs to minimize downtime.
• Provide training and support to clients on equipment operation.
• Diagnose issues and determine timely repair solutions.
• Manage inventory of parts and supplies for installations and maintenance.
• Ensure installations and repairs meet safety regulations and industry standards.
• Maintain records of installations, inspections, maintenance and repairs.
• Collaborate with team to improve service quality and efficiency.
• Stay current with industry trends and coffee equipment standards.
