The technician will be responsible for the onsite installation, repair, and maintenance of various coffee equipment. We desire someone with a professional attitude, strong customer service skills, and at least 2 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of espresso and/or coffee equipment repair experience required.
• Previous field service experience is mandatory.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain commercial espresso equipment and coffee grinders.
• Communicate with manufacturers for diagnostics and parts identification.
• Maintain productivity levels and complete administrative documentation accurately.
