Job summary

Genuine Search Group is seeking a skilled CNC Field Service Engineer to provide on-site maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and technical support for CNC machine tools. The role requires hands-on experience with CNC mills and lathes, including up to 5-axis configurations, and working knowledge of FANUC or Siemens controls.

You will travel regularly, including assignments up to one week, to customer facilities.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience maintaining or servicing CNC machines.
• Willingness to travel regularly, including week-long assignments.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and servicing of CNC machines.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control issues.
• Service machines with up to 5 axes and multi-axis configurations.
• Troubleshoot FANUC and Siemens CNC controls; address alarms and parameters.
• Provide detailed service reports and travel to customer facilities as needed.
