SDI, Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee client satisfaction and ensure smooth delivery of SDI's value proposition.

The role manages obligations for assigned accounts from our Bentonville client site, with travel up to 20% to Jacksonville, FL and other locations. The successful candidate will lead procurement, digital supply, and inventory operations, while acting as a strategic partner and primary client interface, delivering KPI-driven performance and continuous improvement across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, engineering, business, or equivalent work experience.
• 3 years' experience in Integrated Supply, Digital Supply, E-Procurement, Digital Facilities Management or adjacent space.
• 5+ years of client management experience, including source to pay, product sourcing, e-commerce, catalog management and inventory control of indirect materials.
• 3+ years direct client-facing experience.
• Experience in analyzing data to understand program direction, troubleshooting and measuring results.
• Advanced skills with Business Intelligence and Microsoft Office tools.
• End-to-end knowledge of procure-to-pay from SAP or similar ERP perspective.
• Experience with technologies delivering client visibility to supply and fulfillment (eCommerce plugins, analytics, inventory tracking, etc.).
• Six Sigma preferred; Lean or similar processes considered.

Responsibilities

• Represent SDI as subject matter expert to clients and ensure best-in-class performance across multiple locations.
• Deliver performance management programs and present KPIs, milestones, and service delivery to client management.
• Serve as primary client interface with credible executive presence.
• Capture and drive continuous improvement of site metrics and KPIs.
• Administer and deliver services per site SLAs and resolve transactional issues quickly.
• Work within a matrix organization to align objectives with account management, engineering, sourcing, HR, finance and IT.
• Manage annual revenue, expense and profit goals and oversee multiple client sites.
• Apply project management to control ongoing client innovation projects.
