ServiceMaster Commercial Cleaning of Jackson in Richland, MS is seeking a hands-on Working On Site Supervisor to lead a cleaning crew at commercial client sites, with evening or overnight shifts as needed.

You will train staff, ensure quality, coordinate with clients, and uphold safety standards; compensation is $20.00 per hour with a supportive team environment and stable scheduling.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services
• Previous supervisory or team lead experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality results
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work evenings or overnight shifts as needed
• Valid driver’s license recommended

• Train and guide team members on proper cleaning techniques, chemical usage, and safety protocols
• Communicate professionally with clients regarding site-specific needs, concerns, or special requests
• Manage cleaning supplies and equipment inventory, reporting shortages or maintenance needs as needed
• Ensure team compliance with company policies, safety guidelines, and OSHA standards

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs throughout the duration of a shift
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead a team and interact with clients
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
