Qualifications

• Reliable, punctual, able to work evenings or overnights.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for team leadership.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.

• Perform hands-on cleaning duties (vacuuming, mopping, dusting, restroom sanitation, trash removal).
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards.
• Train and guide team members on cleaning techniques, chemical usage, safety protocols.
• Communicate with clients about site needs and requests.
• Manage cleaning supplies and equipment inventory; report shortages or maintenance needs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and OSHA standards.

• Supervise and work alongside cleaning crew members during scheduled shifts at commercial client sites
• Perform hands-on commercial cleaning duties including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, restroom sanitation, and trash removal
• Ensure quality control standards are met on every job by inspecting completed work before leaving the site
• Train and guide team members on proper cleaning techniques, chemical usage, and safety protocols
• Communicate professionally with clients regarding any site‑specific needs, concerns, or special requests
• Manage cleaning supplies and equipment inventory, reporting shortages or maintenance needs as needed
• Ensure team compliance with company policies, safety guidelines, and OSHA standards

Requirements:

• Prior experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial services, or a related field required
