Job summary

Sawdey Solution Services seeks a civilian pay and personnel administrator to support the USARCENT G1 at Shaw AFB, South Carolina. You will maintain accurate time, attendance, and payroll records and advise supervisors on pay entitlements.

The role requires a minimum of three years' DoD civilian payroll experience, proficiency with ATAAPS, familiarity with DCPDS and DFAS processes, and a Secret clearance. On-site work and U.S. citizenship are required.

Qualifications

• Three years of DoD civilian payroll, timekeeping, or pay administration experience.
• Proficiency with ATAAPS and familiarity with DCPDS and DFAS civilian pay processes.
• Prefer experience with Army CPAC, G1, or DFAS civilian pay experience.

Responsibilities

• Research and resolve civilian pay discrepancies with DFAS and CPAC.
• Advise supervisors on pay entitlements, premium pay, overtime, and OCONUS entitlements.
• Maintain civilian payroll records, audit trails, and documentation per AR policies.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc civilian pay reports and metrics for G1 leadership.
• Support civilian personnel actions affecting pay and processing.
• Safeguard PII and CUI per DoD DFARS and NIST requirements.
