Job summary

Construction Project Manager position in Las Vegas is seeking a skilled professional to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. You will collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to specification.

Responsibilities include planning, coordinating, budget control, safety compliance, site visits and proactive client communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in construction management or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience as Construction Project Manager in commercial or residential construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations and contract negotiations.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand technical documents.
• Proficient in project management software.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
