Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience in Site Development.
• Experience with job costing, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and contracts.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from kickoff to closeout.
• Align project scope, schedule, and budget.
