Job summary

Tutor Perini Building Corp is seeking a Project Manager to join the Las Vegas, NV area. The role reports to the Senior VP of Operations and involves negotiating contracts, monitoring cash flow with the Project Controller, and ensuring site safety and schedule adherence across large, high-profile projects.

You will interact with clients, architects, subcontractors and internal teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery for projects exceeding $50M in value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Construction Management or similar from an accredited institution and 10+ years of relevant estimating, project management and/or construction experience.
• High school diploma or GED and relevant experience considered if degree not met.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate contracts with Client/Owner and maintain positive relationships.
• Develop cash flow projections with Project Controller and monitor cost reports.
• Monitor jobsite safety and address deficiencies to ensure OSHA compliance.
• Review pay applications and approve payments to owners, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Monitor project schedule and participate in schedule meetings.
• Prepare and distribute delay notices and coordinate with Architect/Owner/Contractor.
