Marnell Companies, a well-established Las Vegas firm, is seeking a Construction Project Engineer for 100% on-site work. The role focuses on coordinating with the Project Manager and Superintendent to ensure project milestones, safety, and quality control are met.

Ideal candidates will have a Construction Management or Civil Engineering background, strong communication skills, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach to multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• BS/BA Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to manage client relations and project documentation.
• Experience with construction project coordination and field support.

Aufgaben

• Maintain and improve client relations.
• Assist Project Manager and Superintendent.
• Support the field staff as directed.
• Expedite delivery of materials.
• Assist Superintendent and Project Manager in Safety and Quality Control.
• Maintain accurate contract documents, including specifications, drawings, and addenda.
• Track changes to the work.
• Maintain Shop Drawing and Submittal Log.
• Communicate progress/problems to senior management, Field Staff, Subcontractors, Architects, and Owner.
• Assist in monitoring and updating schedules.
• Review and approve Shop drawings and Submittals.
• Assist in monitoring and updating project schedule.
• Prepare and monitor Submittal/Expediting log.
• Keep contract specs and drawings current.
• Keep log of addenda and contract changes.
• Review and approve shop drawings and submittals promptly.
• Receive and direct RFIs and monitor RFI log; monitor non-compliances.
