Dev Enterprises is seeking a Civil Engineer (freshers and experienced) to join our ongoing civil construction projects in Mumbai. The role involves supervising site activities, coordinating with labour contractors, monitoring material usage, and ensuring adherence to project specifications.

This position offers practical on-site experience, exposure to quantity estimation, material management, and quality control, with opportunities for professional growth in a learning-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required or equivalent.
• Freshers welcome; strong willingness to learn and grow in civil construction.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities and ensure timely execution of work.
• Monitor labour productivity and coordinate with contractors and site supervisors.
• Ensure proper utilization of construction materials and minimize wastage.
• Check the quality of materials and workmanship as per project specifications.
• Assist in quantity estimation, measurements, and preparation of daily progress reports.
• Monitor concrete work, reinforcement, shuttering, and other civil construction activities.
• Maintain records of material consumption, labour attendance, and site progress.
• Coordinate with senior engineers, contractors, and other site personnel.
• Identify site-related issues and assist in resolving technical problems.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and construction procedures.
