We are a construction company based in Akron seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee our projects The ideal candidate should be an Indian national with a minimum of 5 years experience in project management and a degree in Civil Engineering or related field The role involves managing the entire project lifecycle from planning and budgeting to execution and completion You will be responsible for coordinating with contractors suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project delivery This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month along with free visa and ticket provided Freshers are welcome to apply as long as they possess strong organizational and communication skills Accommodation will not be provided

The Project Manager will have the following responsibilities

• Develop project plans budgets and timelines in collaboration with the management team
• Oversee project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion within budget
• Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and address any concerns or issues
• Coordinate with contractors suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure efficient project execution
• Monitor quality control measures on site to ensure compliance with company standards
• Prepare regular progress reports for management and clients
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and identify any potential risks or issues
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on site

Requirements

• Indian national preferred
• Minimum 5 years experience in project management in the construction industry
• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Knowledge of relevant software for project management such as MS Project or Primavera P6
