Job Opening: Civil Engineer (Residential & Commercial Building Construction)

Position: Civil Engineer Experience: 2-3 Years

Salary: 25,000 30,000 per month (Based on experience, technical skills, and credentials)

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Civil Engineer with 2-3 years of hands-on experience in residential and commercial building construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day site activities, ensuring quality execution, monitoring project progress, coordinating with contractors and consultants, and delivering projects within timelines and budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor all civil construction activities at site.
• Execute residential and commercial building projects as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP teams, contractors, and vendors.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to construction standards and safety regulations.
• Verify and monitor RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, finishing, and other civil works.
• Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, work schedules, and site documentation.
• Conduct quantity estimation, material reconciliation, and billing verification.
• Monitor labor productivity and resource utilization.
• Ensure timely procurement of materials and coordination with suppliers.
• Identify and resolve technical issues arising during project execution.
• Assist in project planning, cost control, and timely completion of milestones.
• Ensure compliance with company quality and safety standards.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in residential and commercial building construction projects.
• Good understanding of construction methodologies, RCC works, finishing works, and project execution.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Knowledge of quantity estimation, billing, and BOQ preparation.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project reporting tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage site teams, contractors, and subcontractors effectively.

Preferred Skills
