Position: Civil Site Engineer

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Excavation Planning and Management:
- Assist in the planning, design, and execution of excavation projects, including site surveys, earthworks, and utilities installations.
- Supervise and monitor excavation work, ensuring it meets the project's technical specifications and local regulations.
- Review and interpret project plans, blueprints, and contracts to ensure proper implementation of excavation procedures.
2. Site Supervision:
- Oversee daily construction activities on-site, ensuring safety, quality, and progress.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams to ensure the work is completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Monitor and manage excavation equipment and machinery usage, ensuring that they are operated safely and maintained regularly.
3. Quality Control and Compliance:
- Perform site inspections and quality assurance checks to ensure the work complies with engineering standards, specifications, and legal requirements.
- Report and address any discrepancies or deviations from plans and specifications.
4. Technical Support and Documentation:
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports, as well as incident and safety reports.
- Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including site records, as-built drawings, and change orders.
5. Collaboration and Communication:
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and project coordination.
- Participate in meetings and progress reviews to assess and report on project milestones and deadlines.
6. Problem Solving and Issue Resolution:
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical or operational issues on-site, ensuring minimal disruption to the project timeline.
