Job summary

MBP is seeking an entry-level Engineer to support project teams as an on-site client representative, contribute to project documentation, and apply engineering principles to real-world construction challenges. You will work under experienced professionals, gaining exposure to diverse project types and service areas.

The role emphasizes documentation, schedule reviews, and coordination across teams, with opportunities for growth and training in construction management and project controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or in progress with related field.
• FE/EIT preferred.
• Knowledge of construction management principles and project controls.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project documentation, cost estimates, schedules, and plan reviews.
• Research and organize project records to support current assignments.
• Review project records, schedules, and as-built construction to evaluate change orders and extension requests.
• Independently apply engineering techniques and analyze problems and methods.
• Coordinate the quality and timeliness of deliverables.
• Participate in company training programs and administrative duties.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
