Qualifications

• Leadership and team management experience in senior financial roles.
• Strong financial analysis, forecasting and reporting capabilities.
• Depth in budgeting, WIP, change orders and job costing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting practices, budgets and financial reporting.
• Direct financial strategy, planning and forecasts with executive leadership.
• Ensure compliance and implement financial policies and procedures.
• Lead financial planning and analysis including budgeting and forecasting.
• Oversee AIA billing processes for accuracy and timeliness.
• Provide strategic input on alliances, acquisitions, or mergers.
• Manage banking relationships and optimize cash positions.
• Monitor performance, analyze variances and drive improvements.
