LeoForce, a growing construction firm in El Monte, CA, seeks a dynamic CFO to lead the financial direction of the organization. This permanent role demands strategic planning, budgeting, risk management, and strong leadership to support growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field is required; MBA preferred.
• CPA or CMA designation is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 5 years in a senior financial managerial position, preferably in construction.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting practices including budgets, reports, tax, and audit.
• Direct financial strategy, planning and forecasts with executive leadership.
• Study long-range trends and project impact on future growth.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures; ensure compliance.
• Manage budgeting/forecasting, WIP, change orders, and job costing.
• Oversee AIA billing processes for accuracy and timeliness.
• Provide strategic financial input on alliances, acquisitions and investments.
• Optimize banking relationships and cash positions.
• Monitor performance and report forecasts and variances; drive improvements.
