Job summary

Tuff Shed, Inc. is hiring a Selling Center Design Specialist to work on-site at a designated Home Depot store, selling Tuff Shed buildings to customers and aligning with store leadership. You will manage the sales pipeline, provide design consultation, and drive sales growth through customer engagement, with an hourly rate plus commission eligibility.

Qualifications

• Weekend availability is required.
• Strong customer service and sales experience.
• Ability to build relationships with store leadership and customers.
• Proven computer skills and ability to learn CRM/trackers.

Responsibilities

• Sell Tuff Shed products at a single Home Depot store.
• Manage sales pipeline, leads, and reporting.
• Provide design consultation to customers onsite.
• Attend weekend events at the store and train associates.
• Maintain display sheds and product presentation.
