Job summary

Tuff Shed is hiring a Selling Center Design Specialist to drive on-site sales at a single Home Depot location. You will provide design consultations and build relationships with store leaders to generate customer leads and sales, while maintaining display sheds and presenting products to customers.

The role requires weekend availability and strong customer service skills, with compensation consisting of hourly wages plus earned commissions and a comprehensive benefits package for full-time

Qualifications

• Weekend availability is required.
• Sales experience or design consultation is a plus.
• Ability to build relationships and work independently.
• Strong customer service mindset and goal orientation.

Responsibilities

• Work on-site at a single Home Depot store, including weekends, holidays, and some evenings.
• Manage sales pipeline, generate, track and report new customer leads.
• Drive sales growth and provide design consultation to clients at the assigned store.
• Leverage Home Depot staff and customer traffic to generate leads and sales.
• Plan and attend weekend events at the Home Depot store.
• Use our CRM to update customer interactions and next steps.
