Job summary

Tuff Shed Inc. is seeking an Area Sales & Design Specialist to drive growth and provide design consultations at assigned Home Depot locations. You will manage relationships with store leadership and leverage customer traffic to generate leads and sales, with weekend work required.

The role offers an unlimited commission program, a strong benefits package, and on-site training from regional leaders. A valid driver's license and the ability to work standard retail hours are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and design consultation within a retail environment is preferred.
• Ability to generate leads, coordinate events, and work cross-functionally with store teams.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the willingness to train others.

Responsibilities

• Work on-site at Home Depot stores, including weekends and some evenings.
• Manage a sales pipeline and drive revenue growth.
• Plan and execute lead-generating events to leverage sales opportunities.
• Build relationships independently and with store leaders.
• Train others and communicate product knowledge effectively.
• Utilize computer tools and learn new software as needed.
• Collaborate with Home Depot leaders on sales, merchandising, and displays.
• Keep Tuff Shed displays clean, presentable, and properly signed.
