Job summary

Tuff Shed, Inc. is seeking a Selling Center Design Specialist to work on-site at a single Home Depot store. You will sell Tuff Shed buildings, consult with customers, and earn commissions on sales made at the location.

Comprehensive training and an hourly base with commission are provided. You’ll build relationships with store leaders, generate leads, manage the sales pipeline, and maintain show displays. Weekend work and benefits are part of the role, with earning potential between $45,000 and

Qualifications

Customer service experience is a big plus.
Ability to listen to customers and address their needs.
Proven computer skills and the aptitude to learn new software such as customer relationship management systems.
Self-direction and the ability to work independently and build relationships.
Ability to work weekends is a must.

Responsibilities

Work on-site at the assigned Home Depot store, including weekends, holidays, and some evenings.
Manage sales pipeline, generating, tracking and reporting new customer leads.
Drive sales growth and provide design consultation to clients at the Home Depot store.
Leverage Home Depot employees and customer traffic to generate leads and sales.
Plan, coordinate, and attend weekend events at the Home Depot store.
Update customer interactions and next steps in the CRM system.
Build strong relationships with Home Depot store leaders and train associates on products.
Maintain display sheds for presentation and cleanliness.
