Cater2.me is seeking an on-site Catering Coordinator for our San Jose, CA location. You will represent the Cater2.me brand, managing set-up, meal service, and breakdown while delivering exceptional client experiences.

The role emphasizes strong communication, reliability, and the ability to work under pressure. Prior hospitality or food service background is a plus; great team culture is highlighted.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Strong communication skills are needed.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, food & beverage is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent Cater2.me in client interactions with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Oversee meal service, setup, and breakdown at client sites.
• Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the service area.
• Coordinate with Operations to problem-solve during meal service.
• Answer questions about ingredients and allergens.
• Provide daily feedback via the web portal to improve menu planning.
