Job summary

Insperience Group in Boston, MA is seeking a Part-time On-Site Catering Coordinator to represent Cater2.me at client sites. You will manage setup/breakdown, oversee meal service, and relay client needs to the Operations team in a fast-paced environment.

This on-site role covers multiple markets, emphasizing hospitality, clear communication, and proactive problem solving. Prior food service exposure and a Food Handler's Card are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current Food Handler's Card or ability to obtain one by start date.
• Punctuality, self-motivation, and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication skills and a tenacious personality.
• Ability to safely lift 25+ pounds.
• Ability to stand for at least 4 hours.
• Availability for weekday lunch shifts.
• Background in customer service, hospitality, food & beverage, housekeeping or retail preferred.
• Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Embody the Cater2.me brand in all client interactions.
• Arrive at client sites to facilitate food setup and cleanup.
• Oversee meal service and replenish food promptly.
• Keep the service area tidy and presentable.
• Collaborate with Operations to solve issues during service.
• Interact with clients in a hospitable manner.
• Answer questions about ingredients and allergens.
• Provide daily meal feedback via the web portal.
• Relay information between clients, vendors and Account Managers.
