Job summary

Insperience Group in New York, NY, is seeking a Part-Time On-Site Catering Coordinator to represent the Cater2.me brand at client sites, ensuring smooth food setup, service, and breakdown with a friendly, professional demeanor.

You will collaborate with the Operations team to manage catering logistics, oversee meal service, answer questions on ingredients and allergens, and help forecast needs to deliver memorable experiences for guests and clients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Food Handler's Card or ability to obtain one by start date.
• Punctuality, self-motivation, and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and a tenacious attitude.
• Able to lift 25+ pounds.
• Able to stand for at least 4 hours.
• Weekday lunch shifts availability.
• Customer service or hospitality background preferred.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Embody the Cater2.me brand and values in all customer interactions
• Arrive at client sites to facilitate food setup and cleanup
• Oversee meal service and replenish food quickly and professionally
• Keep the area tidy and presentable at all times
• Work with Operations to solve issues during service
• Interact with clients in a hospitable manner
• Answer questions regarding ingredients and allergens
• Provide meal feedback via the web portal to improve menus
• Relay information between clients, vendors and Account Managers
