Job summary

Qualifications

• Client care and case management skills including intake assessment and care planning.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building trust with clients and families.
• Knowledge of addiction, mental health, and trauma-informed practices.
• Organizational and documentation skills with confidentiality compliance.
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and maintain professional boundaries.
• Experience in behavioral health or social services settings preferred.
• Licensure or certification (CADC/LCSW/LMFT) and/or degree in related field highly beneficial.

Responsibilities
