Job summary

Costa Mesa Detox is seeking a dedicated Case Manager to provide comprehensive case management, focusing on family dynamics, crisis response, and behavioral health support for clients and families. The role requires collaboration with a clinical team to connect clients with resources and coordinate care plans.

The ideal candidate will have SUD counseling credentials, experience with ASAM assessments, KIPU EMR proficiency, and strong documentation skills to ensure accurate care plans and discharge

Qualifications

Registered or Certified Substance Use Disorder Counselor.
Registered with CCAPP/CAADE/CADPT; fully credentialed preferred.
Experience completing ASAM assessments.
Documented in EMR system with appropriate and efficient documentation.
Proficient in HIPAA regulations and medical terminology.
Experience with discharge planning and medical records.
Background in inpatient care settings.
