Costa Mesa Detox is seeking a dedicated Case Manager to provide comprehensive case management to clients and families, focusing on crisis management, behavioral health support, and resource linkage. The role emphasizes adherence to TAP21 competencies and strong documentation in EMR systems.

The ideal candidate will have SUD counseling credentials, experience with ASAM assessments, and a track record in discharge planning and inpatient settings, with proficiency in KIPU EMR and HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• Registered or Certified Substance Use Disorder Counselor with CCAPP/CAADE/CADPT registration
• Experience completing ASAM assessments
• Efficient documentation in EMR systems
• Proficient in HIPAA regulations and medical terminology
• Experience with discharge planning and medical records
• Inpatient care setting experience preferred
• Strong communication with diverse populations
• Experience in addiction counseling
• KIPU EMR experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Group facilitation and individual sessions
