• Document accessorial charges and additional carrier costs.
• Assist the customer in assigning capacity for incoming loads.
• Build bills of lading and identify freight solutions.
• Monitor safety performance of on-site teams.
• Stay informed on market trends and carrier costs.
• Develop relationships with carrier stakeholders.
• Perform other operational and safety-related tasks.
• Work with customer service to align capacity needs.
