Job summary

Dynamic Works Institute seeks a Lead Career Navigator to oversee workflow within the Programs Team, coordinate referrals, and ensure high-quality case management across funding streams. This full-time, on-site role reports to the Regional/Center Manager.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in social services, HR, or related field, at least two years of workforce or staffing experience with supervision, and strong coaching and documentation skills. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

• Two years workforce or staffing experience including supervision.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees workflow management to ensure timely, accurate service delivery.
• Receives referrals and assigns to Career Navigators based on caseload and eligibility.
• Provides daily guidance and technical support to maintain service momentum.
• Supports file quality, documentation accuracy, and service sequencing.
• Ensures routing and progression align with standards.
• Serves as a technical resource to resolve issues and remove barriers.
• Monitors compliance and quality across funding streams.
• Collaborates with management, quality, and logistics staff.
