Qualifications

• 1–3 years of related cultivation experience.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be 21+ and able to register with the state cannabis commission.
• Must comply with state cannabis regulations.

Responsibilities

• Support plant management and growth in grow rooms.
• Clone, trim, prune, top and train plants as directed.
• Maintain quality control measures per state/local laws.
• Document cultivation logs and schedules.
• Keep a clean, safe facility and operate equipment safely.
• Assist other cultivation teams as needed.
