Job summary

Savvyherb is seeking a Cultivation Specialist to support on-site operations across multiple gardens in our cannabis cultivation facility. You will help maintain quality controls and ensure crop health from propagation to pre-harvest, with potential cross-training to assist other teams.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, willingness to work in a warehouse environment, and adherence to SOPs while following state regulations.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years related experience preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and perform repetitive tasks.
• Must be 21+ and able to register with state cannabis commission.

Responsibilities

• Support plant management, fertilization, pest monitoring, sanitation, and growth.
• Clone, trim, prune, top and train plants as directed by Cultivation Manager.
• Monitor and maintain quality control per state/local laws.
• Maintain clean and safe work environment within facility.
