Job summary

Savvyherb is seeking a Cultivation Specialist to support multiple gardens in a cannabis cultivation facility. You will ensure crop health, quality control, and adherence to SOPs from propagation to pre-harvest, with cross-training to assist other teams as needed.

The role is full-time and pays $15/hr. Minimum qualifications include 1–3 years of related experience, ability to perform repetitive tasks, and strong teamwork. Work is in a warehouse with physical demands and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks and stand for long periods.
• Teamwork skills and safety awareness in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Support plant management, fertilization, pest/disease monitoring, sanitation, and overall plant health in grow rooms.
• Clone, trim, prune, top and train plants as directed by Cultivation Manager.
• Monitor quality control measures per state/local laws and SOPs.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment within production areas.
• Document cultivation logs for nutrients and substances applied to plants.
