Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• At least 1 year of experience in campus coordination, facilities support, site operations, or similar operational role.
• Comfort with basic technology troubleshooting, device management, and account administration.
• Strong communication skills with parents, staff, students, and vendors professionally.
• Demonstrated ability to own campus operations and make sound decisions in lean environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for parents, students, and staff with clear, timely communication.
• Manage campus safety operations including access control, health incidents, drills, and parent communication.
• Oversee daily campus operations such as attendance, facilities coordination, transportation, and office logistics.
• Support onboarding and training for new staff to ensure smooth integration into campus operations.
• Manage student devices and campus technology, serving as on-site tech liaison and Google Administrator.
