Alpha is hiring for a Campus Coordinator to own the operational heartbeat of our campuses. You will manage community communication, safety, facilities and logistics, and day-to-day tech administration on-site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any field is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• Comfort with basic technology and on-site operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth, safe, and efficient campus operations for students, staff, and parents.
• Serve as primary point of contact for parents, students, and staff with clear communication.
• Oversee campus safety operations, drills, documentation, and incident response.
• Coordinate facilities, attendance, transportation, and office logistics.
• Assist onboarding and training of new staff and devices/technology management.
