Alpha is building one of the most ambitious school models with in-person campuses. This role owns the operational heartbeat of the campus, coordinating safety, facilities, logistics, and day‑to‑day tech administration to deliver a superior student and parent experience.

You will be a hands‑on, on‑site contributor who thrives under pressure and takes pride in delivering high service levels across campus operations and communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field required.
• At least 1 year of campus coordination or similar operational experience.
• Comfort with basic technology troubleshooting and device management.
• Strong communication with parents, students, staff and vendors.
• Ability to own campus operations and make sound decisions under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for parents, students, and staff with clear, timely communication.
• Manage campus safety operations, including access control, drills, and health incidents.
• Oversee daily campus operations such as attendance, facilities coordination, and logistics.
• Support onboarding and training for new staff for smooth integration.
• Act as on‑site tech liaison and Google Administrator for campus devices.
