Job summary

Alpha is seeking a hands-on Site Operations Coordinator to run the non-academic campus heartbeat. You will own community communication, campus safety, facilities and logistics, and day-to-day tech administration on-site at one of our campuses in the U.S.

This role is full-time and in-person, requiring a Bachelor's degree and 1+ year of operations experience. You will directly influence student well-being, staff effectiveness, and parent trust through proactive, organized, on-site leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 1+ year in office coordination, facilities support, site operations, or similar role.
• Strong communication skills to engage parents, staff, students, and vendors professionally.
• Comfort with basic technology troubleshooting, device management, and account administration.
• Ability to independently own campus operations and make sound decisions across safety, facilities, logistics, and communication.
• Strong service orientation, emotional intelligence, and calm judgment under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary point of contact for parents, students, and staff with clear, timely communication.
• Manage campus safety operations, including access control, health incidents, drills, and parent communication.
• Oversee daily campus operations: attendance, facilities coordination, transportation, and office logistics.
• Support onboarding and training for new staff to ensure smooth integration into campus operations.
• Manage student devices and campus technology as the on-site tech liaison and Google Administrator.
