Job summary

Alpha is seeking a School Operations Coordinator to manage in-person campus operations at one of our U.S. campuses. You will ensure safety, smooth facility functions, and reliable technology support for students, staff, and families.

In this role you will coordinate operations daily, handle parent and staff communications, and lead onboarding of new personnel while maintaining rigorous service standards and institutional trust.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
• 1+ year of experience in office coordination, facilities support, site operations, or similar operational role.
• Confidence with basic technology troubleshooting, device oversight, and user account management.
• Excellent communication abilities with parents, staff, students, and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Deliver seamless, secure campus operations for students, staff, and families.
• Direct campus safety functions including entry management, medical responses, emergencies, and family notifications.
• Supervise daily campus functions such as attendance tracking, facility management, transit arrangements, and administrative workflows.
• Assist with onboarding and orientation of new personnel for smooth system adoption.
• Administer student technology and campus devices as the on‑site technology lead and Google Administrator.
