Job summary

Stanford University – Land, Buildings & Real Estate is seeking a Maintenance Planner (MP) to work on-site with building managers, district/hub personnel, and contractors. Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate maintenance work in line with SOPs.
• Maintain consistent communication with supervisor, technicians, and building managers.
• Track and report maintenance KPIs (backlog health, PM compliance, schedule attainment).
• Provide status updates on work orders and notes for audit trails.
• Support backlog analysis and ad-hoc reporting with Planner & Scheduler Manager.
