Job summary

Stanford University’s Land, Buildings & Real Estate (LBRE) seeks an on-site Maintenance Planner to independently plan, organize, and schedule maintenance workflows across campus buildings. The role requires coordinating with district management, technicians, and supervisors to ensure timely PM, corrective, and project work, while maintaining SOPs and performance KPIs.

• Associate’s degree and 3+ years of related work order scheduling experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience planning, scheduling, and coordinating maintenance work.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and schedule workflow for preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance.
• Compile daily/weekly schedules for facilities operations and maintenance.
• Monitor work orders and backlog to meet priority demands.
• Enter and analyze data using the maintenance management system.
• Coordinate parts, materials, and vendor interactions for planned work.
