Job summary

Stanford University’s Land, Buildings & Real Estate seeks a Maintenance Planner on-site to independently plan, organize, and schedule preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance across campus facilities. You will compile schedules, monitor work orders, and ensure SOPs are followed, coordinating with supervisors and technicians.

You will manage backlog, communicate status of work to stakeholders, and use Oracle eAM and Incorta for data-driven planning and reporting.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree and three years of related work order scheduling experience.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple work orders.
• Proven ability to follow SOPs and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Independently plan, organize, and schedule workflow for preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance.
• Compile daily, weekly, and multi-week schedules for facilities operations and maintenance.
• Monitor, track, and analyze open work orders and aging to prioritize work.
• Enter, manipulate, analyze, and extract data using the maintenance management system.
• Coordinate parts and materials; negotiate with vendors as needed.
