Job summary

Weekday AI is seeking a Maintenance Planner/Scheduler for a Stanford, CA project. The role requires 1+ year of experience in maintenance planning and scheduling, with a focus on water operations and CMMS data handling.

You will collaborate with senior leaders to organize workflows and manage preventive and predictive tasks. The position involves developing schedules, maintaining asset data, and delivering timely service while balancing reactive work orders.

Qualifications

• Experience with corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance scheduling.
• CMMS data entry, analysis, and reporting experience.
• 1+ year of maintenance planning/scheduling experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance workflows with senior Water Operations staff.
• Create and maintain daily, weekly, and multi-week operation schedules.
• Lead development of a preventative maintenance program for water systems.
• Manage water system asset data for maintenance programs and reporting.
• Provide prompt customer service for reactive work orders while balancing preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate work timelines with customers via calls, emails, and calendar management.
• Monitor and analyze open work orders and aging for assigned teams.
• Enter, manipulate, and extract CMMS data.
• Design reports with statistics to inform process improvements.
• Identify opportunities to enhance processes, planning, or performance.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Water Operations Associate Director and Water Systems Lead to organize and schedule workflows for corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance tasks, project support, and routine operations to address priority demands as well as long-term and short-term projects.
• Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and multi-week schedules for facility operations and maintenance activities.
• Lead the creation and ongoing management of a preventative maintenance program specifically for water operations systems.
• Manage water system asset data and information to facilitate the effective operation of maintenance programs and support related reporting requirements.
• Deliver prompt customer service for reactive work orders while balancing preventive maintenance schedules by assessing the situation and available resources.
• Coordinate work and project timelines with customers through phone calls, emails, and calendar management.
• Monitor, track, review, and analyze open work orders and their aging for assigned maintenance teams.
• Enter, manipulate, analyze, and extract data using the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Design and prepare reports that provide statistical information to aid in the development of process improvements.
• Identify opportunities to enhance processes, planning, or performance by analyzing workflows, project demands, and expectations.
