Job summary

Frost Valley YMCA is seeking an East Valley Program Coordinator to oversee the East Valley Year Round Programs and Farm Camp operations at our East Valley Ranch and 515-acre facility. The role includes recruiting, program development, staff training, and ensuring high-quality service for participants, families, and staff year-round.

The on-site position includes room and board, occasional overnight on-call duties during camp sessions, and collaboration across departments to maintain safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years supervisory experience in camp or recreation.
• Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
• Proven leadership ability and teamwork with staff and participants.
• Interest in working with children, teens, families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day Farm Camp operations and year-round programs.
• Recruit and supervise ~25 seasonal staff including leadership and counselors.
• Develop program schedules and coordinate staff training.
• Manage program budget and inventory with the Camping Services team.
• Ensure safety standards and compliance with health regulations.
